We are often asked by customers if we can make a particular piece of furniture as they haven’t been able to find exactly what they want. Sometimes it has to match an existing furniture style, a certain type of wood or both. A cabinet or bookshelf is needed to fit in a particular ackward position. by custom making these by hand achieves the result.
Hand made furniture takes time to produce. the cost is determined by the labour and the quality of the materials used. Mass produced furniture is made to a price, All to often this shows in the finish.
